Beign healthy is not just a question of physical fitness. It's also a question of your self-confidence and your intellectual, organisational and artistic abilities.

So, how healthy are you ... in body and in mind ?

These days we know more about our bodies, and we take more care of them.
So do you eat sensibly? And do you take exercise everyday?
How do you feel when you run up the stairs quickly?
Or when you swim 500 metres?

We admire people who play a musical instrument well, so what about you?
Do you play the piano or the guitar? Perhaps you paint or draw beautifully.
And what about poetry or dance or ... Well, what can you do ?

We know it's important to be careful and efficient at work and at school.
But what about at home? If four people come for dinner, what about cooking a meal for them?
In less than an hour? And can you find your dentitst's address easily?
Or your doctor's phone number?

Many people speak at least two languages fluently. You certainly know one,
and now you're learning English.But what about a third language? And a fourth?
And in these days of calculators, what about adding and substracting numbers accurately in your head?
